I have been having trouble with my refillable cartridge. I had ordered it last month and was waiting to install it until I finished the current Cyan ink and when I finally used the refillable ink it (new/prefilled from the package) the cartridge worked for 4-6 prints and then suddenly stopped working completely and the company wants me to pay to ship there defective cartridge back before issuing a credit for there broken product. I find it very disappointing that this is their policy. I worked with on 2 cake shows recently and was bragging about how much I like my Ink4Cakes prints and now I will be sure to let everyone know how poor they have handled this entire situation.
